Shipping Policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Once you reach the checkout page, in the instruction box please add your whatsapp number, alternatively if you want us to surprise you. Leave the name of your child,age,favourite colour & character/theme and we will work our magic.
We usually try our best to process orders within 3 working days but in case of delays Please allow 7 working days to process your order. Expect an email within 4 working days to let you know your order is on the way!
SITE PICKUP - We currently deliver free of charge in Bloemfontein at your earliest convenience upon agreed date and time
Orders can be picked up/ dropped off between Monday and Saturday, from 10am to 5pm . An email/WHATSAPP will be sent when your order is ready for pickup/drop off.
PRIORITY SHIPPING:
This option is specially for customers who need their parcels urgently delivered. it is offered at a flat premium rate of R200. It means that your order will be prioritized before all other orders for processing and it will be shipped on express shipping which usually takes 1 to 2 working days. If there are no delays your parcel will be delivered to you within 1-3 working days. please note that weekends and holidays are not considered as working days. Please note that regional and high risk areas take a minimum of 2 days. Should any delays occur once the parcel has been shipped, Bloem Party Packs will no be liable.
STANDARD NATIONWIDE SHIPPING:
Orders are generally shipped within 3 working days using Pudo or Paxi. Flat rate shipping fee of R120 applies to orders shipping anywhere in South Africa. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information
Return & Exchange Policy
REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable.
We do not accept returns of any party packs for health reasons.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at bloempartypacks@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory
